Lior has successful track record, of over 30 years, of working in the finance and healthcare domains serving Information Technology, Business, Compliance and Advisory groups of businesses. Lior is passionate for new growth and strategy along with his commitment to our customers worldwide through value delivery, creative solutions and large scale partnerships. Prior to this position, Lior led Matrix NIT as CEO and was responsible for its multi million dollars growth within Healthcare domain. He also served as CIO in Hoboken University Medical Center till 2012.

Idan Keret oversees overall firm revenue growth across the Americas , EMEA and APAC. His P&L Center responsibilities include sales, customer success, account management, partnerships, and business development within strategic accounts. Idan has over 25 years of experience in the financial crime field. At Matrix-IFS, Idan held roles as COO and Head of Financial Crimes Delivery. Prior to joining the company, he served as CCO of Thetaray (an unsupervised ML financial crimes company) and senior managerial position at NICE Actimize. Idan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a leading voice in the financial sector. Idan speaks about automation and modernization of Cloud, Data and Financial Crimes. He is based out of New Jersey, US.

Anshul Arora, with his 20+ years of experience in Financial Crime space, leads the growth and relationship management for Matrix-IFS’s customers and alliances. Anshul has been a part of the Matrix-IFS leadership team for more than 15 years and initiated, then led, our FL Delivery Center. With over a decade of Professional Services Delivery experience and 250+ successful projects, within Financial Crimes, Fraud prevention, Supervision, Data and Analytics space, Anshul’s expertise allows our customers to get required subject matter expertise throughout. Before Matrix-IFS Anshul has held Technology and Business oriented positions with Genpact, NICE Actimize and more.

Yury is a Managing Partner with 18+ years assisting financial institutions with regulatory and risk management services focused on Bank Secrecy Act Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions. Yury has led multiple Transaction Monitoring, sanctions and fraud system implementations at major US and European financial institutions. Prior to Matrix Yury was head of Compliance IT for a major German bank driving and defining institution’s compliance program and application infrastructure across areas of Model design, Architecture, Product management, Implementation, Migration and Maintenance. He brings strong technology leadership experience from many years of working closely with both regulators and top executives in the compliance space.

Laura James is the Vice President, Human Resources for Matrix Global Services. Laura has a successful track record, of over 20 years, of working in the finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technical, and consulting industries. Laura is an expert in all areas of Human Resources and passionate with delivering on continuous improvement. In addition, she has held various Board of Director positions, most recently at the American Cancer Society of Central NJ.

Ruth brings over 20 years of leadership in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and control. With extensive experience driving strategic growth, optimizing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, Ruth is instrumental in steering Matrix toward its business goals while maintaining strong financial integrity.

Gil is leading Matrix’s IFS data and AI practice, aimed at helping our customers uncover and drive business impact from their data. He is a seasoned data & AI leader with 20+ years of proven track record in building and scaling high-performing analytics teams and organizations, ranging across diverse customers, verticals and technologies.

Gil’s team is working closely with our customers to define data and AI strategic roadmaps and deliver modern data platforms and solutions that provide tangible business ROI.

Eshel Bar is the Director of Professional Services for the EMEA region and is responsible for managing client relationships as well as building a strong offshore delivery team for financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Eshel has more than 18 years of experience in business intelligence with domain expertise in AML, compliance, and fraud prevention. Prior to his work at Matrix-IFS, Eshel spent more than 10 years at Deutsche Bank (Wall Street) as a senior manager, assisting major US financial institutions with financial crime and compliance technology needs. Eshel holds a BSc degree in information systems engineering from Ben Gurion University. He is based out of Israel

Joseph (Joe) is a seasoned executive with ~30 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry working with financial institutions to help strengthen their Technology, Operations, Data, Risk and Compliance programs. Joe has helped numerous clients strengthen their BSA/AML/Financial Crimes, Dodd-Frank Compliance and Risk Management and Financial reporting processes and programs while addressing Regulatory and Internal Audit findings. Joe has worked with US, Canadian and European Banks in a leadership capacity and has managed over 250 client engagements. In addition to his hands-on Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance experience, Joe is a certified Lean Six Sigma Leader with strong analytical, process improvement and project management skills. Joe has managed enterprise-wide programs with 100+ project team members, Mergers and complex multi-billion-dollar Acquisition Integrations. Joe takes a practical approach to solving complex problems and applies the appropriate knowledge and tools to each client engagement.

Amit has led numerous large-scale financial crime and fraud prevention initiatives across global financial institutions, delivering innovative, data-driven solutions to combat evolving threats. With a proven track record of building and scaling fraud and compliance platforms, Amit brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep industry expertise to every engagement.

Gurneen is a global leader specializing in partnerships, partner-led delivery, and customer transformation across the fintech and financial crime space. Gurneen helps drive strategic growth by connecting pre-sales, partner strategy, and delivery execution to build scalable, high-impact services. Scott has been working in the AML/FinCrime space since 2003. He has been assisting financial institutions of all sizes in implementing AML, Fraud, Surveillance, and Case Management solutions for the industry’s leading providers. Prior to joining Matrix, Scott has worked at firms like Fortent (Acquired by Actimize) LexisNexis, and IBM. A native of Philadelphia, he currently resides in Long Island NY with his wife and 2 daughters.

Eran Rozenfeld leads sales and go-to-market strategy for Matrix Global Services’ Digital, Data and AI solutions. With over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, analytics, and AI innovation, Eran partners with financial institutions and enterprises to unlock business value through scalable, data-driven strategies. Prior to joining Matrix, Eran held leadership roles at Vontier (VNT, NYSE)) and in the tech and consulting sectors, where he built data practices and led high-impact AI initiatives. Eran holds an MBA and is a frequent speaker on the intersection of business, data, and emerging technologies. He is based out of Florida, US.

Eoin has been working in the AML/FinCrime space since 2002. He has worked with a number of financial institutions and merchants in EMEA and North America to implement AML, Fraud prevention, Customer Protection and Case Management solutions. Prior to joining Matrix, Eoin worked in Norkom ( Now SymphonyAI), Accertify and other smaller niche providers. Originally from Ireland, he and his wife now live in Boston.

Oliver is a sales leader specializing in financial crime and risk technology, with extensive experience across banking, payments, and non-bank financial institutions. Currently spearheading the EMEA business, he focuses on driving market growth and expanding strategic partnerships. With a career spanning role at NICE Actimize, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Lynx, Fircosoft and Interfax, Oliver brings deep expertise in financial crime prevention, regulatory technology, and anti-fraud. He began his professional journey in the armed services before transitioning into fintech, where he has built a strong track record helping organizations combat financial crime.
