A European Global Bank, with representations across multiple regions engaged Matrix-IFS was in need of a “managed services’ provider for their AML and Trade Surveillance practices.

How we helped

The project started with a discussion with the regional compliance users to explore any gaps in their monitoring system and different methods to enhance the accuracy of decision making. Our Subject Matter Expert assisted with:
